L.O. Ale
Session beer, brewed with 1 pound of Muntons Wheat DME (55%) and 0.75 pounds of Munutons Extra Light DME. I make 2.375 gallon batches which yeild a case of beer.

Steep: | Brought 2 quarts of water to 160 °F. Turned off heat and added crushed grains. Steeped 30 minutes, then filtered tea through grainbag into boiling kettle | |||||||

Carbonation: | Bottled with 3/8 cups corn sugar and conditioned 7 days at 70 °F. | |||||||
Tasting: | Good quick beer. Too bitter for American Wheat style, to wimpy for American Pale Ale Style, just right for drinking. May remake with Cascade hops next time. |
