Mash for 90 min. Temp 152°-146°. Single infusion
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.040 12 gallons
2 TSP Irish Moss last 15 min
Hops: 1.25 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: From the turtle. I over pitched. What a mess.
Carbonation: 25 PSI for 48 hrs. 5-8 PSI to tap.
