Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. American crystal 40L
4 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steep grains @ 155° for 45 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.092 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Add 1 tsp. Irish moss last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Rehydrate Nottingham Dry Yeast in 100° water for 15 minutes.
