1.0 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 70% efficiency
single step mash at 145-150 deg
for one hr.
Iodine test for time.
Boil: 75m minutes SG 1.034 7.0 gallons
forfot to put in the irish moss.--oops!
Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: used one qt.of calif.ale yeast wlpoo1
Log: one week on primary
one week on secondary
add about a 1/4 cup of fresh yeast
at bottling time.
condition for two weeks.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.84 oz. for 5.5 gallons @ 68°F
