1 lb. German Munich
1 lb. Flaked rye
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.124 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Add 1 tsp Irish Moss and 1\4 oz Juniper Berries at start of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Eroica (12% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Eroica (12% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Cal. Ale yeast.
