Took my pale recipe and changed the hops and yeast.

10 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 4.5% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. British crystal 70-80L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mashing for 60 min. 154-152°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 12.5 gallons
Add Irish Moss last 20-15 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (5.2% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (5.2% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (5.2% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: I used WLP029. One vial per 6 gal frementer.
Log: I will dry hop one of the secondary frementers.
Carbonation: Keg, 25 psi for 48 hrs, serve at 8 psi.
