Steep: | Steep Flaked Wheat in one gallon water for 30 minutes at 135 degrees. Add 1/2 gallon water and steep Munich, Caramunich, and Caravienne for 30 minutes at 155 degrees. | |||||||

Log: | 1 week in primary fermenter @ 65 degrees. Added 1 oz Cascade hops to secondary fermenter for 2 weeks at 65 degrees. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 5 PrimeTabs per bottle. Tasted after 2 weeks. | |||||||
Tasting: | Great Cascade flavor and aroma. Using a hop bag may have resulted in 36 actual IBU's. |
