trailer park pale ale
This is a American Pale Ale that I will pitch an American Ale yeast onto and then step the cake up 2 more times, so I am making this to style.

Log: | I will try to ferment in the mid to upper 60's to reduce fruity tones. | |||||||
Carbonation: | normal 3/4 cups bottling sugar |
