Honey, your pale

First Pale Ale, good, a bit darker then predicted, tasty.

5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: Steeped grains in 3 hop sacks for 30 min. in warm water
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.090 4 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. 12 oz. Honey
1/2 teaspoon of Irish Moss last 15 min.
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.1% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale
Log: 3 weeks primary, 2 weeks secondary, 2 weeks in bottles. Primary was suppose to be shorter.
Carbonation: 1 cup of Honey
Tasting: very good, could mellow a tad bit, but still mighty tasty
