Clemtek Pale #1
This is a first effort at a light pale ale for the wife. She doesn't like hoppy beer. Will be adding 2-3 Beano tabs to make it a "Light" style and reduce the carbs some. Should raise the alcohol a bit. We'll know around Christmas.
