A recipe I modified very slightly from one I found by Ron Hudson at www.tastybrew.com.

Mash: | 75% efficiency | |||||||
Mash at 155 degrees for 60 minutes. Use sparge water @ 185°F in sparger (5 gallon cooler) transfered into mash tun via 2 feet of tubing and through Phil's 7" rotating sparge arm. |

Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar boiled in a couple cups of water on bottling day. |
