Yeast: | Pitch White labs WP005 after making starter. | |||||||
Log: | Beer fermented @ 68 degrees for 5 days. Rack to secondary and allow 2 weeks of conditioning. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup of corn sugar | |||||||
Tasting: | Outstanding flavor. Tasted somewhat similar to a Sierra Nevada pale Ale. Very smooth with outstanding Hop character. |
