Tasting: | A crips, light ale. Slightly tart from the yeast, and lighly citrusy from the cascade. The "honey malt" is advertised as adding a honey-like taste.... well, with a lot of imagination I can see how it's honey-like. Mostly it's slightly sweet and malty. It's good though, I recommend trying honey malt. |
