Brewed on Yom Kippur (hence the name). Hadn't brewed a simple/basic
ale in a while, so I'm atoning for my errant ways with this one.

Log: | Ferment at room temps (70-75F). Racked after 1 week, bottled after 1 week in 2ndary. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling | |||||||
Tasting: | Just bottled, but the samples were very smooth and crisp. Will probably add an extra 1/2 oz of Newport, and an extra lb. of LME next time. Remarkably clear right out of the fermenter! |
