Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)

Grain: 7 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
12 oz. Flaked rye
12 oz. Rye (raw)
Mash: 83% efficiency
Single infusion mash at 150° f for 60 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
Irish moss at 45 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California Ale WLP0001
Log: Fermenting at 65° f for 8 days. Secondary fermentation for 14 days.
Carbonation: 4.6 oz. of priming sugar
