Teach a Pale Friend To Brew Ale

My Ninth All Grain Brew - 11/06/04. Teach a Friend to homebrew day.
Looking for something light, hopefully with a malty taste.

8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 24 IBU
OG: 1.064 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Longmont, CO tap water.
Grain: 8.0 lb. American 2-row
4.0 lb. American Vienna
0.5 lb. American Crystal 15L
0.5 lb. Flaked Rye
Mash: 68% efficiency
60 minutes mash at about 152° F.
Sparge with 170° F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 7.0 gallons
1 Tbs Irish Moss at 10 minutes.
Hops: 0.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 10 min.)
1.0 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham dry ale yeast.
Log: 1 week in the primary, 1 week in the secondary.
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 11.2 psi @ 36°F
Tasting: Would use Munich instead of Vienna next time.
Ended up dry hopping in the keg w/ 1 oz Centennial pellets,
in a bag, for 3 days.
