Yeast: | Nottingham 22 grams:A yeast which produces a fairly neutral flavor profile for dry yeast. Very similar to Windsor Ale Yeast, although our recent dry yeast comparison tests have consistently proven this one to produce a cleaner flavored ale than Windsor Ale Yeast. Medium to high flocculation, attenuation: 73-77%. 11 gram packet is good for pitching 5 gallons. 1 day starter was made.. |
