Log: | Brewing Date 6/1/05, Fermentation temperature 68 degrees. Ferment in primary for 7 days and secondary for 7 days. You may dry hop with about 1/2 ounce in the secondary for added aroma. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.2 volumes | Keg: 10.0 psi @ 42°F | ||||||
After carbonating, you might consider backing off the 7 pounds of pressure. | ||||||||
Tasting: | Excellent pale ale - very base stock for any homebrewer. |
