Water: | Carbon filtered all liquor to remove chlorine, added 4tsps dry liquor salts to dry grain, and tsp gypsum. (I've just moved house to a new area, therefore this could be way off the mark. I'll try and work out if it's right soon, but first we'll taste the beer.) | |||||||

The mash was a single step mash conducted for 90 mins @ 66°C. Fly sparged to the boiler over approx 30 mins, although I may slow this down in future and see if efficiency increases. | ||||||||

Log: | Dry hopped 15g in the primary. Racked to secondary on fourth day of fermentation (possibly to early (gravity was 1018). |
