Hop Harvest Ale
This is an all-cascade, single-malt pale ale. I'll use my own harvested cascades cones and suplement them with store-bought whole hops. The grain bill is 100% base malt. I hope to brew this annually.

Single infusion mash @ 150F for 60 minutes. Raise to 170F for 10 minute mashout. Sparge with 175F treated water until 6.5 gallons is collected. | ||||||||

Irish moss near the end. The 2-oz aroma addition is actually dry-hopping in th ekeg. |

Log: | 2 boil-overs... good thing I was outside. Finished with about 4.5 gallons. Fermented hot (75F) for the first 12 hours or so. |
