Water: Used Boiled Tap water as opposed to bottled or spring water in an attempt to add flavor.

.5 lb. American crystal 20L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.109 2.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss at 15 Minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs East Coast Ale Yeast.
