Columbus APA
This was my first All-grain batch. It came out great! Obviously, the intense columbus
flavor and aroma dominate, but there is a nice touch of maltiness underneath as well.
I wiill definitely brew this again. (I might consider keeping the columbus for bittering, aroma,
and dry-hopping and choosing something with a little smoother flavor for the flavor hops.)
