German Pale Ale
A was going for a 'lawnmower' beer, the reason two-fold, a good session beer and a beer that some family members would enjoy despite their narrow tastes for Miller Lite. It turned out quite tasty, the Saaz flavor is wonderful, definately not strong, just enough in the background to pick it out.

Tasting: | The beer turned out great, I'll probably try to tweak around this recipe and make it my standard Pale Ale.....probably get the ABV around 5.0% and increase the IBUs just a tad. A beer that good beer drinkers and the rest can enjoy. |
