Carbonation: | 2.3 to 2.8 volumes. Force carbonate at 12 lb for 2 days at 40 degrees. Add 3/4 cup corn sugar to prime for bottling or keg conditioning |

Tasting: | Condition approx. 30 days in bottles Kegging condition a couple of weeks and force carbonate. |
