Harvest Ale
First attempt at an AG Pumpkin/Holiday ale. Adapted from other recipes, but expanded the grain bill to go more with a harvest theme. 1 16 oz. can of 100% pure Pumpkin is added to the mash after mash-in and temperature stabilization.

Tasting: | Very well balanced ale with a beautiful orange color. The spice additions are subtle, but noticeable; other brewers may wish to add additional spices after initial fermentation for stronger flavor, but IMO it is perfect as is. Will age very well. Actual FG was 1.004 at 60F. |
