Carbonation: | Forced CO2, pushed with 10lbs | |||||||
Tasting: | Initially this recipe was a Negra Modelo clone. I don't like to lager, and I can't in the summer, so I have always made it with a neutral ale yeast. This brew is perfect for a big group where you have a range of taste preferences. Everyone likes it (even guys like me who prefer a hard hitting IPA). |
