.3 lb. American Vienna
.3 lb. American crystal 60L
.1 lb. American chocolate

.3 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Recaptured White Labs 001
Log: Brewed on 5/31 and will ferment for about 10 days. I use a V-vessel conical fermenter these days and it is great.
Carbonation: Forced CO2, pushed with 10lbs
Tasting: Initially this recipe was a Negra Modelo clone. I don't like to lager, and I can't in the summer, so I have always made it with a neutral ale yeast.
This brew is perfect for a big group where you have a range of taste preferences. Everyone likes it (even guys like me who prefer a hard hitting IPA).
