While the yellowjacket is the most painful of all the bees, Yellowjacket Ale is not. Light enough for summer with a slight hint of fruitiness from the hops.

Tasting: | This is the recipe I will work off of to make the recipe for Hoppy Beez, which will be an American Pale Ale. Instead of Cascade hops I used Crystal. |
