Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
6.5 lb. Light malt extract
irish moss 15 mins
Hops: .5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast brithish ale 3 from starter
Log: dry hop with .5 oz of willamette and goldings in secondary(made 1 pint of hop tea ,in secondary)
Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Keg: 24.3 psi @ 55°F
