1 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: Steeped grains in an oversized grain bag for 45 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.051 6 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham ale yeast
Carbonation: Force carbonated in the keg.
