The spawn of a week's worth of brewing obsession. The level of obsession is highlighted in the hop schedule. Originally was an all-grain recipe, but was calculated into a partial mash recipe.

Put grain in 5 quarts of water. Hold at 133F for 30 min. Add 2 quarts of boiling water. Hold at 155F for 30-45 minutes. Then bring to 167F. Sparge with 5 quarts of boiling water. | ||||||||
