Tasting: | Nicely balanced flavor. Smooth and malty in the middle with a tart, but not bitter finish. There is a slight "green appple" taste in the finish that makes you want to have another. This is an Ale for Summer barbecues and relaxing by the pool. I'll definately make this one again. |
