DC15 Fortitude Save Vs. Hops

This is a recipe to use up some leftover ingredients. It's a simple recipe, meant to bolster my spirits after spoiling a Russian Imperial batch.

Beer: DC15 Fortitude Save Vs. Hops Style: American Pale Ale
Type: Extract Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 41 IBU
OG: 1.057 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: Atlanta tap water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 6 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. 10 oz. Light dry malt extract
8 oz. Corn sugar
Added 1tsp Irish Moss with 15 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Perle (8% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (7.1% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Perle (aroma)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Used Wyeast American Ale I, 1056, slap pack. Made a quasi-starter after I didn't slap hard enough :)
Log: Brewed Mar 28. Wort is a golden straw color, clear after 5 min of settling. Hoppy, to my tastes. It is possible that some of the hops were kept too long, not sure how that will affect things.
Carbonation: Will bottle condition with corn sugar when the time is right.
