DC15 Fortitude Save Vs. Hops
This is a recipe to use up some leftover ingredients. It's a simple recipe, meant to bolster my spirits after spoiling a Russian Imperial batch.

Yeast: | Used Wyeast American Ale I, 1056, slap pack. Made a quasi-starter after I didn't slap hard enough :)
Log: | Brewed Mar 28. Wort is a golden straw color, clear after 5 min of settling. Hoppy, to my tastes. It is possible that some of the hops were kept too long, not sure how that will affect things.
Carbonation: | Will bottle condition with corn sugar when the time is right. |
