Yeast: | Wyeast American Ale II - 2nd generation. Harvested from bottled beer with 12 oz. 1.020 wort, flocculate, pour off liquid leaving sediment, ferment again with 12 oz. 1.020 wort, flocculate. All of starter used in ferment. | |||||||

Tasting: | KICK ASS! After 2 weeks bottle conditioning this beer tastes really good. After 4 weeks in the bottle, it is simply amazing. It's crisp with lots of good hop flavor and bitterness. |
