This is a nice Hoppy summer ale.

Water: | I filter my brew water through a 2 stage house hold filteration system. The first stage is for sediment removal and the second is a 5 micron filter to remove most impurities. Beyond that I don't do anything else to my water. |

6 lb. Light dry malt extract | ||||||||
I use 1/2 teaspoon Irish moss @ last 15 min. of the boil for clarity. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Cascade (4% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 45 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (4.8% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (4.8% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | I used danstar Windsor dry yeast instead my usual Edme dry yeast. I don't have much luck with Wyeast. |
