Water: Spring Water
Grain: 9 lb. German Pilsner
.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash with 3 gal @ 149° for 1 hour 30 minutes
Sparge with 3 gal @ 180°
Sparge with ~2 gal @ 180° to achieve volume
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Pride of Ringwood (8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: 2 packs Nottingham rehydrated
