malt > water & stir well > 133°F for 30min stirring every 10
+5qts boiling water > mash > 155°F for 40min stirring every 10
+heat > 158°F for 20min
+heat > 167°F > sparge w/3gal 170°F water > kettle
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 4 gallons
+1/2tsp Irish Moss -10min
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
