4 oz. American crystal 40L
Steep: steeped the grains for 35 min at 155
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.069 4 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
added irish moss for the last 10 min of the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
0 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: dry yeast callifornia dry ale yeast
Log: fermented at about 72 deg racked once, dry hopped with one ounce of casacde.kegged and carbonated at 20psi for about two days.
Carbonation: kegged and carbonated at 20psi for about two days.
Tasting: tased good, crisp refreshing, just starting to get into the keg.
