Victory Ale
Back in the saddle after a few years since the last beer I brewed, I brewed a simple extract + specialty grains Pale Ale tonight. Should be blonde, hoppy and clear with a big head which is really look for in an ale. I considered calling it Hairston Ale in honor of the great extra inning Yankee win, but "hair" and "ale" are two words you typically don't try to put together, so "Victory Ale" it is.
