Started out as a Blonde but I was using some leftover hops and some that were part of another batch I was brewing later and it just kinda ended up as a APA.

Log: | 2 weeks in primary racked over Belgian wood cubes that had been soaking in Bourbon for a week 2 weeks in secondary than bottled. | |||||||
Tasting: | light taste fruity notes from hops (I love Centennial and Cascade hops)slight wood and bourbon taste on the back end. |
