Mash: | 80% efficiency | |||||||
Mash grains at 153°F for 60 minutes using 1.3 qt per pound of grain. Continuously sparge w/ 180°F water to attain 6.5 gal. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.039 | 7 gallons | |||||
Add 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes of boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | .5 oz. Tettnang (4.00% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Tettnang (aroma) |

Yeast: | White Labs 005 in a 1 qt. starter. | |||||||
Log: | Primary at 70°F for 5-10 days until activity subsides. Secondary for 2 weeks at 60°F. Rack into keg and add 1 quart organic bottled mango juice, and two chopped mangoes (in muslin bag) directly into keg. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Force carbonate. |
