Steep: 150� for 30 minutes in 3 gallons water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.068 3 gallons
3 lb. 0 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Corn sugar
1 gallon apple juice at flameout
Irish moss at 10 minutes
Hops: .75 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Red Star bread yeast
