Jody's Light Ale
I adjusted this from a recipe I found here. My wife likes a light no body "SHARP" tasting beer. I force carbinate to 3.0 volumes of CO2. This gives the "SHARP" mouth feel to the beer. If you like a Light beer then try this.

Log: | Fermented at 68°F. for 7 days. Racked to glass secondary. In secondary for 7 days at 68° F. Racked to keg and conditioned for 6 days. | |||||||
Carbonation: | I force carbinate to 3.0 volumes CO2 however you can bottle with 1.25 cups corn sugar for same CO2 volume. | |||||||
Tasting: | Tastes like Coors to me but you can ask my wife. |
