Brewed for the 2011 Erie Walley Trip... thank god "The Rapture" didn't happen, we put a deposit down!!!

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 50 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: 1 TBS 5.2 stabilizer , 2 tsp gypsum
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
4 oz. German Munich
11 oz. American crystal 90L
7 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
3 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 80% efficiency
155 for 60 min. 1 gal decoction. Continuous sparge with 170 until 7.5 gal in brewpot
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 7.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (9.1% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (5.0% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Columbus (13.9% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Safale 05
Carbonation: Keg and force carbonate
