Steep: | Place all grains into 1.5 gal water that is 150° for 90 Minutes. Sparge with 1 gal water at 170°. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.159 | 2.5 gallons | |||||

Irish Moss of course! 1 tsp. at 45 minutes into the boil | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | I used the platnium series London Ale Yeast from White Labs. Should be a stock strain for them. I love it! | |||||||
Log: | I made this beer for the fall. Brewing date is 3/22/02. Should be drinking this one by 10/01/02. I wanted a big flavor for the fall here in Iowa! This one should do it! |
