Classic City Scottish Ale
This was my first batch of beer, and i dove in all the way... I had some issues with my inital mash in as well as my mash so i ended up with a watery mash. Anyways that is the reason for the low specific gravity and probably a less heavy beer overall... I bottle on sunday
