Tasting: | Exhibited a surprising roasty, almost smoky note, assumably from the chocolate malt as did not use my usual WY1728. Caramel notes appropriate and just to malt side of balance. Fairly light bodied with a slightly drying sensation, again assumed from the roast. A very nice beer in honor of the life of a great person and friend. |
