Single step decoction
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 13 gallons
2 tsp. Gypsum to hot liquor tank
2 tsp. Gypsum to sparge water
3 tsp. Irish Moss last 15 min. boil
1 oz. Burton water salts @ beginning of boil
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (7.2% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Kent Goldings (3.7% AA, 45 min.)
