Log: | Added Cooled wort to fermenter and topped off to 5.5 gallons. OG was 1.075 Pitched yeast @ 75°F Fermentation started within 10 hours very ative in 14 hours. Fermented in primary for 7 days Racked to secondary. Gravity 1.015 Fermented in secondary for 14 days. Racked to corny keg. FG 1.010 Cold conditioned for 28 days @ 40°F Carbonated as listed. |

Tasting: | Sweet malty taste with a malty nose. Finshes with some maltiness but big with a slight bitterness and High alcohol. An excellent after dinner brew with a great taste. |
