Shmass's Strong Ale
This is my attempt at putting together a Strong Ale with some excess ingredients and parts from a kit that I decided not to do...first attempt, so don't know how it will turn out. Used reverse osmosis water and made a 3-step gallon starter for this one. Heavy fermentation kicked off after about 6-8 hours.
This repost is the actual recipe I ended up using. It's in secondary now, down to 1.026...
